Refund Policy

We only offer refunds if there is an error on our side, such as:

  • Wrong item shipped
  • Defective or damaged item received due to our mistake

To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item
  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue

Important:

  • Refunds are not allowed once an order has entered production.
    Our products are custom-made, and once your order is in process, we are unable to cancel or refund it.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect details submitted by the customer (e.g., wrong name, address, or product selection)
  • Orders already in production or shipped
  • Courier errors, delivery mishandling, or lost/stolen packages after successful delivery confirmation — these situations are outside of our control. Once a package has been handed over to the courier, it becomes the courier’s responsibility. Customers are encouraged to contact their local courier directly for delivery-related issues or claims.

Return Policy

Returns are only accepted if:

  • The product received is damaged, or
  • There is a mistake on our part
